HVAC Service Technician
A dynamic fast paced outsource company supporting biotech facilities and property managers, is seeking an HVAC Service Technician. This position requires a minimum of 5 years field experience in HVAC service, repair, troubleshooting, installation and estimating. Blue print reading is a plus.

Candidate must have a Universal or Type II/III EPA certification. Must be able to effectively utilize Microsoft Office, provide excellent customer service skills and work independently. Familiarity with small to large DX, HHW, steam boilers, air handlers, chillers and electrical systems is a must for this position. Also must be knowledgeable in trouble shooting controls and component change outs. Previous facilities experience helpful.

Alarm Technician
Biosources, Inc., a dynamic fast-paced facility outsource company supporting local biotech facilities and property managers, is seeking an Alarm Technician.

This position requires a minimum of two years experience in the alarm or related industries. Candidates should have experience in service/installation of burglar, fire, access control & CCTV systems. Lock hardware experience is also a plus. Candidates should possess good customer service/communication skills and be a self-starter with a neat and clean appearance. A clean DMV record is also necessary.
